The Department of Economics and the Department of Molecular Genetics and Cell Biology are pleased to invite applications for Remote Research Assistant positions. Position 1 – Department of Economics
Title: Remote Research Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Remote (online only)
Institution: University of Chicago
Compensation: $479/week
Time Commitment: Flexible, part-time hours

Position Summary:
Research Assistants will contribute to an ongoing project led by the University of Chicago’s Department of Economics. Responsibilities may include:
Assisting with literature reviews, data analysis, and digital research tools
Supporting the development of research summaries, reports, or technical documentation
Participating in virtual lab meetings and mentorship sessions
Collaborating with faculty and peers in a structured, remote research environment
This position is well-suited for students interested in economics, data-driven research, or those exploring the intersections of technology and social sciences.
